Will I have to provide any confidential information?
Not to begin with – we don't require any confidential information during the consultation to determine whether we can help your business.
However, before we provide any advice, we will need to formalize our relationship, at which point we will need access to confidential information.
What services do you provide?
We specialize in full-service accounting and tax services. We provide them with, or assist them with bookkeeping, payroll, WSIB, and GST/HST filings. We will then prepare the T4 slips and any necessary ROE’s for employees, finishing off with personal tax returns for the owners of the company, and the corporate return if the company is incorporated.
You can also engage the in-house services of Kristopher McEvoy, Chartered Accountant, to prepare your corporate and personal tax returns, along with tax and financial planning.
How big does my company have to be to work with you?
We specialize in servicing small- to medium-sized business with revenues between $200,000 and $5 million.
May of our clients are self-employed owner-operators, while others have up to 100 employees.
How does your monthly pricing work?
Once we gain an understanding of your business, we establish a flat monthly cost based on your needs.

Can I still enter my own sales and receivables?
We use Xero – a cloud-based accounting software – which allows you to issue invoices, manage receivables and integrates with the rest of your accounting system.
