The business owners run a bustling cafe in downtown St. Catharines, and have very little time to make trips back and forth to our office. They needed a solution that would allow them to quickly send us all pertinent documents without having to leave their location.
It also had to be fast and user friendly, as they didn’t have time to figure out complex software during their hectic workday.
The Solution
Our online portal allows our client to quickly upload and send us all the documentation necessary for their day-to-day operations and accounting, including expense reports and staff payroll information.
Using the same system, we can then return necessary pay-cheque information. This gives us a maximum amount of time to work on the information, saving time and money on both ends. And because it’s simple, our clients can focus on running their business, and leave the accounting and taxes to us. To date there have been no late payroll or HST filings.
